Paula Devonshire produced the feature film adaptation of Richard Wagamese’s beloved book, Indian Horse, winner of 19 international festival awards. She has also produced Real Time (Slamdance 2008), George Romero’s Diary of the Dead (Sundance 2008) and Survival of the Dead (Venice 2009), Wet Bum (TIFF 2014) and Atom Egoyan’s Remember (Venice 2015).
Paula worked at E1 Television as a Production Executive, supervising several TV shows in production and development. Her television producing credits include Pure Pwnage, Men with Brooms, John Grisham’s The Firm, Vikings, People of the Earth and Star Trek.
Paula currently has options on two books.
Paula is on the Board of Directors of the ImagineNative Film Festival, and is on the Feature Film Committee for CMPA and Ontario Creates. Paula is a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte First Nation.
