Daniella Levy-Pinto has extensive experience with reading materials in alternative formats and knowledge of assistive technologies. As the Coordinator for Accessibility Testing with the National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS), she leads a team of seven testers who assess the accessibility of both EPUB files and mainstream reading applications. Outside the digital space, Daniella advocates for improved accessibility of public spaces. She works with various levels of government, community groups and citizens to improve walking conditions and safety in Toronto. Daniella holds a PhD in political science from the University of Toronto and an MA in international relations from the University of California, San Diego. Some of her previous roles include Senior Policy Analyst at the Council of Ontario Universities and Policy Advisor to the Mexican Minister of International Relations.
