Book Summit 18 Accessibility Guide

Our Registration, Morning Break, Afternoon Break and Final Panel will take place in the Fleck Dance Theatre, while our Sessions and Lunch will take place in the Billy Boyle Artport (Brigantine Room, The Lofts, Marilyn Brewer Community Space, Miss Lou’s Room, Studio Theatre).

There will be reserved seating for attendees with disabilities and/or mobility issues in all sessions.

*Please note that Book Summit events will only take place in the accessible areas of the Fleck Dance Theatre.

A limited number of conference passes are available at no cost for industry members for whom the registration cost is prohibitive and who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Prior to contacting us, please read the following key information:

  1. These tickets are intended to facilitate participation from industry members who are unable to attend as a result of the registration costs. If you are able to purchase a conference pass without financial aid, please refer to the registration page.
  2. Recipients will be allocated a no-cost Book Summit ticket. This ticket is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  3. The Book Summit ticket includes: one ticket to Book Summit, which includes lunch and three breaks.Additional costs such as travel and accommodation remain the responsibility of the recipient.
  4. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Recipients will be chosen through a blind lottery. Those selected will be informed by email and must complete a Book Summit Registration form to confirm their acceptance of the ticket.
